Detailed Description

Index classes relate model hierarchy levels to each other through indexes. The relationships can be kept the same throughout the Gibbs sampling process. Alternatively, they can be updated according to various models, implemented in the base and derived class.

The updating of indexes has not yet been extensively tested.
